There is no gender equality in global business. ESMT Berlin offers full and partial scholarships for women who want to advance in their careers. We strongly encourage applications for Executive Transition Program and Bringing technology to market (both in English) or General Management Workshop (German).
ESMT Berlin is committed to redressing the gender imbalance and helping more women reach influential positions. Collaboration with these scholarships is offered 30% Club.
The 30% Club is a global gender diversity campaign that aims to increase the number of women both on the board and across the pipeline. It started in the UK in 2010 and has since expanded to fourteen other countries/regions. The 30% Club aims to develop a diverse talent pool for all businesses through the efforts of its Chairman and CEO members who are committed to better gender balance at all levels of their organizations.
Additional scholarships for the Executive Transition Program (ETP).
Exceptionally qualified and talented candidates (eg from start-ups, social enterprises, the public sector or companies headquartered in developing economies) may be eligible for additional scholarships to be awarded on a case-by-case basis.
