The DAAD Graduate School Scholarship Program (GSSP) is a funding scheme of the German Academic Exchange System (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst, DAAD) and aims to increase the number of international doctoral candidates within the framework of German structured graduate studies. It is aimed at German higher education institutions offering international structured PhD study and funding for up to four years of study for PhD candidates. Interested PhD candidates apply directly to selected institutes such as BIGSSS.
BIGSSS has been selected twice by DAAD to host eight international PhD programs at GSSP.
