Application Deadline: January 15, 2023

Highly talented students from non-EU/EEA countries who are required to pay tuition fees at Roskilde University are offered a limited number of Danish state tuition waivers and scholarships for selected master’s programmes.

Tuition waivers and scholarships are distributed once a year for the month of September only. For programs starting in September, the maximum duration of the tuition waiver and scholarship is 22 months. The stipend is DKK 7,800 per month and is intended to cover living expenses in Denmark.

Tuition waiver and scholarship students must adhere to the study plan and not be delayed in their studies to maintain the tuition waiver and scholarship.

Who can apply for the scholarship?

To be eligible to apply for tuition waivers and scholarships, you must be an EU/EEA citizen who must pay tuition fees and apply to one of the master’s programs that offer scholarships.

Before each admission round, the university selects one or more specific master’s programs that may be exempt from tuition fees and scholarships.
